Tabs3 Billing Software CD case imageOne of the options you have after purchasing a Tabs3 or PracticeMaster product is to sign up for our annual Maintenance Plan. Besides receiving updates, enhancements and technical support at no additional charge, you also have access to our Newsletter Archive, where we publish a new newsletter on the first day of each month.

The User Newsletter is a resource that informs you and helps you better utilize the features of Tabs3 and PracticeMaster, as well as the other products from Software Technology, Inc.

In addition to covering topics such as performance issues, backing-up and articles informing you of new software releases, most of the newsletters consist of questions and answers about our software. These questions and answers are all written by our knowledgeable Technical Support Staff.

Only customers currently on a Software Technology Maintenance Plan are allowed to access the Newsletter Archive area (you will need a user name and password). When you purchase a new Tabs3 or PracticeMaster product, you can access the Newsletter Archive for a 60-day free trial period.

How to access the User Newsletter:

When logging in, you will be asked your User Name and Password. Your User Name is a product code followed by your serial number (see the chart below for product codes). The Password is "sti" (lowercase, do not use quotes).

User name = Enter your product code (see chart below) followed by the product serial number. Serial numbers can be found on a sales invoice or by clicking Help | About on the product's menu bar.

For example, if your PracticeMaster serial number is 54321, then your user name will be PM54321.

Password = sti (type in all lowercase).
